Echtes Schnäppchen die Kleine
Beim Öffnen des Paketes, war ich erstmal geschockt. Offensichtlich wurde das Paket auf dem Kopf stehend transportiert. Der Hals der Puppe war total verdreht. Zu meiner Erleichterung hat die Puppe dennoch keinen bleibenden Schaden genommen. Da es meine erste Freundin, kann damit leider keine Vergleiche machen. Bin aber bisher sehr zufrieden mit Anja, wir hatten in den letzten 2 Tagen schon viel Spaß. Kleines Mango ist das Gewicht, mit etwas Übung, denke ich aber kein richtiges Problem. Hätte ich gewusst was mich erwartet, hätte ich wahrscheinlich noch etwas mehr Investiert, bin im Großen und Ganzen aber zufrieden mit der Anschaffung.

Fehler passieren - DANN wird aber sofort reagiert!
Was ich wirklich hervorheben möchte, ist die Kulanz und Schnelligkeit, mit der mein Problem gelöst wurde – das verdient einfach ein großes Lob! Ich hatte voller Vorfreude die Puppe Anja bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte genau wie angekündigt, und auch das Thema Diskretion wurde perfekt umgesetzt – was mir bei so einem sensiblen Produkt extrem wichtig ist. Allerdings wurde mir zunächst die falsche Puppe geliefert. Ich war ehrlich gesagt richtig enttäuscht, habe meinem Frust auch Luft gemacht und war schon kurz davor, komplett zu stornieren. 😤 Doch was dann passierte, hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht: Der DollsClub-Support hat extrem schnell, freundlich und professionell reagiert. Schon am nächsten Tag wurde die falsche Puppe kostenlos abgeholt – und die richtige Anja wurde direkt zugestellt. Obendrauf gab es noch ein richtig schönes Paket mit Extras wie Outfits, Gleitgel und Zubehör. Mit Anja bin ich mehr als zufrieden – und mit DollsClub sowieso. Fehler können passieren, aber wie damit umgegangen wird, zeigt, ob man es mit einem seriösen Anbieter zu tun hat. Und das ist hier ganz klar der Fall! Besser als gedacht!
War ziemlich gebrandmarkt, da ich zuvor bei einem anderen Händler eine Puppe gekauft hat, die jedoch nach Auspacken völlig anders aussah, richtig mies, vor allem da auf meine Beschwerde gesagt wurde, dass nicht mehr widerrufen werden kann, da ich die Puppe ausgepackt habe. Miese Aktion, passt da auf Puppenfreunde. Habe mich dann nochmals aufgerafft und mich in Foren und Manufakturen beraten. Lief alles mehr oder weniger auf Dollsclub hinaus, extrem guter Support, super Bewertungen und seriös von von Absprache und Zustellung. Die Puppe ebenfalls der absolute Volltreffer! Qualität überragend, kein Vergleich zur " unwiderufbaren " Puppe, meine wirkt fast wir eine Silikondoll. Hab hier mal n Bild hinzugefügt, hoffe, man kann es sehen. Anja sieht fantastisch aus, fühlt sich unfassbar echt an und das Gefühl beim Rammeln ist auch ganz nett! :D :P Danke Dollsclub, bin mit Euch dann doch zu einem Happy-End gekommen! DANKE!
