Hallo, gestern kam Valentina. Was soll ich sagen, einfach absolut Top! Die Qualität, das Optische (genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt) einfach nur Top Top Top. Ich könnte hier jetzt noch so viel schreiben, aber es passt einfach alles. Die Kontaktaufnahme, der Service, Abwicklung und die Lieferung einfach klasse. Qualität sehr gut, jedoch Fehler bei der Bestellung
Valentina ist endlich da! Nach genau einem Monat ist sie angekommen, ich war zwar ein wenig ungeduldig, aber bis zu einem Monat Lieferzeit war angegeben also alles fein. Die Puppe sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, einfach fantastisch! Jedoch liegt auch da das Problem, zwar wurden fast alle meine Wünsche erfüllt und berücksichtigt und ich bin auch so mit Valentina super zufrieden, aber ich hatte einen anderen Kopf zu der Puppe bestellt. Bekommen habe ich den gleichen Kopf wie auf den Bildern, was ich persönlich nicht schlimm finde. Wenn aber der Support, der mal davon abgesehen super freundlich ist und mir immer geholfen hat, mir zusichert einen anderen Kopf zu bestellen als ich darum bat, ist es schon ein bisschen schade einen anderen zu bekommen . Alles in allem bin ich, aber super zufrieden und bin froh hier bestellt zu haben. Der Support hier ist auch sehr freundlich und hat keine Fragen offen gelassen. Man bekommt für sein Geld wirklich das was auf den Bildern ist und sogar ein paar Extras mehr als angegeben. Wenn man aber Spezielle Wünsche hat, sollte man sicher gehen, dass diese auch wirklich erfüllt werden können.
